Lone Star College East Aldine
Workforce Center

The Lone Star College East Aldine Center sits on a 15.97-acre parcel of land. The building currently has two wings with the ability to add a future, third wing organized around the three sides of an equilateral-triangle shaped entry lobby. The main entry is into the centrally located triangular Lobby. This two-story high space will be a daylight-filled area and will be an inviting place for students, staff, and visitors, collaboration areas, easily recognized student information points and space for community activities. Workforce shops include welding, HVAC, pipe-fitting, and electrical. Deliveries and outside work will occur in the yard behind the shops. Access to the yard occurs from the secondary driveway connected directly to Aldine Mail Route Road. The wing to the east contains student support areas such as registration, cashiers, and the learning center, as well as, academic classroom and office space. The future building addition will provide more academic classroom and office space.
