Bobby Shaw Middle School

This prototype middle school for Pasadena I.S.D. is 137,277 square feet with a student capacity of 925. This facility is a two-story building designed to fit in a compact site. Hosting fifth and sixth graders, the school is named after Robert K “Bobby” Shaw, a 1940 Pasadena High School graduate who was a Musician Second Class in the United States Navy. He tragically lost his life on the USS Arizona, the infamous battleship that sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor.
