Mr. Gates’ 10 years of project nomination and management in the U.S. Army helped shape his role as a lead Field Representative here at IBI Group.

Richard becomes the eyes and ears of the Project Manager and remains on the project through the warranty phase. Once a project is under construction, he helps produce field review and observation reports for real-time, current updates in an efficient and seamless manner.
