Michael Martinez AIA

Michael is an Associate Principal with the firm and leads our San Antonio office. Michael brings over 38 years of professional experience working with school districts in Texas and has successfully managed projects with tight constraints and budget parameters including new facilities, additions and renovations.

He is involved in every project phase and has a reputation for effectively leading large, complex teams and creating sustainable solutions for clients. Michael brings together big-picture thinking with broad technical experience encompassing sustainable design and managing an interdisciplinary team (including construction and team members). He brings excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills. As the San Antonio Office Lead, his local presence and past experience will ease the process of development, permitting, accessibility reviews and communication with any governing agencies in and around the City.
