Lisa Michela, Associate Principal
With over 19 years of experience, Lisa has a broad range of experience that includes new construction, renovation, restoration, adaptive reuse and conservation, with specialized experience in historic preservation. Her passion for the built environment draws from her affection for historic structures in conjunction with the integration of contemporary architecture, materials and ideas.
Throughout her career, Ms. Michela has managed very successful projects, led both small and large teams and nurtured client relationships. She has proven strong design skills and technical knowledge. She is quick and experienced at identifying problems and finding creative solutions while staying consistently organized and efficient, allowing a project to run smoothly between consultants, clients and contractors. Her strengths include project management, design, space planning and problem-solving. She is the go-to person for challenging assignments in need of a high-achiever to get the job done quickly and accurately.
