Andy Simpson AIA, NCARB, CPD, GRI
Mr. Simpson brings over 31 years of professional experience and a keen interest in stakeholder empowerment for educational and municipal projects. In addition to his focus on educational facilities in districts across Texas, Andy has led teams in the development of municipal facilities master plans and civic building designs, including emergency response and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Simpson has provided facility planning projections for cities and school districts, property condition assessments for commercial real estate developments and building design visualizations for community support and funding initiatives.
Andy has served on the Board of Directors for multiple community service oriented organizations. He is a strong believer that the form of the built environment can be a great contributor to positive outcomes for student learning, public health and economic development.
