North Transportation Center Humble ISD | Porter, TX
The North Transportation Center in Humble ISD is located at 24755 Ford Road and encompasses about 12 acres.
The one-story, 22,370 sq ft additional facility is paired with the district’s existing South Transportation Center to promote operating efficiency and support additional growth. The new center saves an estimated $2MM in operating costs due to shorter routes and improved response times.
The layout features support spaces, offices, bus maintenance bays, a bus wash, fueling station and ample parking for the district’s school bus fleet and an abundance of windows for natural lighting.
